    • Welcome to the Pierz Schools Human Resources page. We employ over 300 full and part-time employees, substitute teachers, substitute paraprofessionals, and other dedicated staff. We strive to maximize the potential of our employees in all positions and recognize their abilities to contribute to the overall success of our students. 
    • The HR department supports a broad range of human resource services – including payroll processing, staffing, recruiting, new employee orientation, and benefits administration.

    New MN Earned Sick and Safe Time

    Click Here for the reasons and family covered by the MN ESST law. Updated based on legislative changes effective the summer of 2024. Effective January 1, 2025, all existing sick leave bank time is subject to the same requirements as ESST time.  

    TimeTracker - New System for clocking in and out

    All regular hourly staff will be using the TimeTracker system to punch in and out starting the 2023/2024 school year. No more paper timesheets! Below are helpful guides for using this new system.
