    For Sale: Two 8 X 12 Sheds. Sheds are built on three pressure treated 6x6 risers and a 2x6 framed floor. Exterior is primed Smart Side grooved panels so you can paint them whatever color you want. Buildings are both wired with a GFCI and regular outlet and a light fixture. There are overhangs on each side and front without an overhang on the backside so the sheds can be placed flush with an existing structure if desired. There are metal soffit panels on each shed. The roof pitch is 6/12. Each shed has a metal 7x6 roll up door. Pierz – I.S.D. #484 will be accepting sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 17th, 2025. The sheds were built by Healy Construction class.
